Anyone know any good, energetic solo musical theatre songs about believing in yourself/ confidence in yourself/ went through a tough time and was then rose to great success...? It can start out as a monologue and then go into song... in fact, that would be really great, but I'm open to all song suggestions...

there is a song called If you Believe from the wiz. the good witch sings it. There is a recording of the song.

Another one is from New York, New York with Liza Minnelli. It is called happy endings. The lady in the song was a usher and she is discovered and becomes a star. the song is over 13 minutes, I think. LONG, LONG but good song...
